Our Story

The owner of Enzo's is a second generation Italian American. His family hails from Upstate New York and across the big blue from Lombardy and Campania. He started working as a cook at night to free his days for skiing. Cooking and baking were more than an interest, they became his life. In New York City, he learned to make a proper bagel. With that, he opened a shop on Main St. in Park City, UT. After more than 2 decades in the restaurant scene, he decided to open his first Italian restaurant in Denver, where he met his wife. They now have two kids, one of which is named, Enzo. He hopes to bring all that experience, gratitude & passion to provide a great experience for you!
